Dear colleagues,
I am pleased to announce a course on Bonsai Visual Reactive Programming language coming up on 6th to 10th of February (10 am – 4 pm). This course will be organized by Center of New Technologies in collaboration with Nencki Institute and CAJAL Advanced Neuroscience Training Programme and will take place in the Department of Physics at Ochota Campus, Warsaw.
We will be joined by Thomas Ryan, PhD, from University College London.
Bonsai is an open source tool for building and automating neuroscience experimental rigs, creating closed-loop experiments as well as synchronizing electrophysiologic and behavioral data streams. No previous programming experience is required! Participation in the course costs 150 EUR with the possibility to apply for a fee waiver. The application deadline is 31st of January 2023.
