We are excited to invite you to the Warsaw Glia Symposium 2025, an international scientific meeting dedicated to the rapidly evolving field of glial cell research. The symposium will take place in Warsaw and is envisioned as a recurring event that brings together scientists at all career stages who are interested in astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, microglia, and the critical roles these cells play in the brain.
Hosted under the patronage of the University of Warsaw, the symposium aims to connect researchers from Warsaw-based institutions (including the University of Warsaw, Medical University of Warsaw, and Polish Academy of Sciences) with leading scientists from other national and international centers.
Over two days, participants will enjoy a rich scientific program featuring a keynote lecture by a world-renowned expert, thematic sessions focused on specific glial cell types, and a dynamic poster session. The event is open to researchers at all stages—from undergraduate students to senior scientists—and participation is free of charge.
