Terms and Conditions of Electronic Services and Online Payments
§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the registration and payment process for participation in a scientific conference organized by:

By using the registration system and submitting payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
§2 Conference Registration
Participants must complete the online registration form, provide required personal information, and choose the participation type. Registration becomes effective once payment is confirmed via the payment system.
§3 Payments
Payments are processed through online system. Accepted payment methods include: online banking, BLIK, debit/credit cards, and other methods available.
The Organizer is not responsible for transaction errors caused by user mistakes (e.g., incorrect data, aborted payment process).
§4 Confirmation and Receipt
Once the payment is processed, the participant will receive confirmation in registration system. A receipt confirming payment will be issued upon request – invoicing details must be submitted during registration.
§5 Complaints and Refunds
All complaints should be sent to skarbnik@ptbun.org.pl within 7 days of the issue. Refunds may be granted only under justified circumstances, following an individual request sent via email.
If the event is canceled due to Organizer's fault, participants will receive a full refund.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
According to Polish consumer law (Art. 38 pt. 12 of the Consumer Rights Act), participants do not have the right to withdraw from the agreement for events with a specified date, including educational and scientific conferences.
§7 Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations..
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of registering and managing participation in the scientific conference.
Data is stored in an electronic system with restricted access, protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
Participants have access to their personal data through the registration system and may update or delete their data at any time.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing or commercial purposes.
The data controller is the Polish Society for Nervous System Research.
§8 Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect the rights of participants acquired before the change. Polish law applies to any matters not covered in this document.
